I always provide a free hour long consultation / PT session which gives you the chance to feel comfortable in the gym environment and me the opportunity to get to know your specific requirements so I can create a training program that will work for you.
I then offer a month of training at half price so you're able to see the value before fully committing.
There is no obligation to continue past this point but I am very confident you'll already be feeling the difference we are making together and you'll be able to see that the investment you're making in yourself today will pay for itself x100 in your increased quality and length of life!!

Nobody likes a "diet" and frankly I don't think they are the right approach. I will teach you fundamental principles - based on protein and whole foods - that are easy to implement and will support serious improvement.
