The basic pack gets you 1 x 1 hour session every week (4 sessions a month). If you're tight on time we can still make significant progress in your goals with one session per week. This will require you doing some work on your own, but I'll be on hand to work on your skills in the gym and help you stay on track. As standard you will receive a unique & tailored exercise program, structured in a way to most effectively get you the results you want. The optimal pack gets you 2 x 1 hour sessions every week (8 sessions a month). Two sessions a week gives the perfect balance of work in the gym, your own activities, rest and recovery to create positive change. It will allow your new positive habits and lifestyle changes to cement themselves under my guidance. As standard you will receive a unique & tailored program of exercise, structured in a way to most effectively get you to wear you want to be based on your current situation. Nutritional support and advice as well as expert movement coaching.
The plus package gets you 3 x 1 hour sessions every week (12 sessions a month). If you have plenty of time, are highly motivated for fast results and maybe have a specific target such as a wedding or holiday to get in shape for, this could be the package for you. Three sessions a week will allow us to achieve the biggest change in as short a time as possible. As standard you will receive a unique & tailored program of exercise, structured in a way to most effectively get you to wear you want to be based on your current situation. Nutritional support and advice as well as expert movement coaching.
