About Me

I grew up on a farm in Warwickshire and first stepped foot on a gym floor at age 15. During the summer holidays I would hitch a ride with my mum on her way to work, make my way through a basic weights program and then walk 5 miles home.

It wasn't long before I built muscle, noticed my physique changing and I was hooked. I got a pull-up bar in my bedroom and became obsessed with every fitness blog, magazine and youtube channel I could find.

I played rugby for Kenilworth RFC and found that strength training enhanced my performance on the pitch too.

Eighteen years later, I'm still passionate and love keeping up to date with the latest research and studies on everything related to health, fitness and nutrition.

Outside of fitness, I have travelled the US and Africa on combine harvesters and used to convert campervans for a living. In 2023 I moved to Yorkshire where I now live with my girlfriend and our two cats.

I love to coach people and seeing them grow and catch the bug for personal growth through strength training gives me the biggest buzz.
